General Information

SmartSurvey is a revolutionary software solution designed for businesses or personal users to run surveys via a web-enabled panel.

The system is designed so it can be used by anyone with any level of computer skills. The interface is clean, simple and in a matter of minutes you can have a survey setup and online.

The administrator of a survey can create surveys and assign a site and a user to participate in the survey. Once the administration assigns these, emails are automatically sent with login information for the survey recipient. The survey recipient can then login and download a PDF version or simply complete the survey online!

Once a survey has been completed, it is closed and only the administrators can view the survey and the statistics. The statistics are exported in a CSV file (Comma Separate Values file) or a simple Excel document.

The SmartSurvey system works on a per survey basis, so you only pay for what you need to use. There are no upfront costs, setup fees or any other hidden costs.
