General Information
All ISDN plans are run from the main backbone of our dialup internet network. You can connect with either 1, 2 or 4 channels.
To enable your telephone line to take use of ISDN services, you must contact Telstra regarding equipment and setup. You can also take use of Telstra's line infil service which will enable you to make unlimited ISDN calls for a low fixed cost.
Please find below our ISDN internet plans, noted on the end of each column is how many channels are permitted.

All plans include an unlimited data allowance.

All plans can be billed on a monthly or quarterly basis in advance.

Each Unlimited hours plan includes an allowance of 744 hours per 'Supported Channel' access time.

An excess fee of $1/hr applies if you exceed the nominated total number of 'Supported Channel Hours' per month.

All new accounts incur a $30 setup fee.

Fixed charges are paid in advance; excess charges are paid in arrears.

Usage in excess of 10 hours per month on the E-Mail + Internet Plan is charged at $1 per hour.
