Service delivered via the Optus 3G/HSDPA GSM network, subject to network availability. Customers can expect broadband speeds between 512 Kbps and 1.5 Mbps in 3G areas, peaking at 3.6 Mbps, and non broadband speeds in GSM only coverage areas. Actual speeds will vary in different network coverage areas.

Total monthly data usage (quota + excess) is capped at 6GB for the 1GB and 3GB plans and capped at 7GB for the 6GB plans.

Please note that if you are cancelling an existing Vintek ADSL service any email addresses associated with this service (@adelaide.on.net or @adsl.on.net) will not be transferred to the new V3G service. To retain these email addresses they must be changed to a POP Box Email Account which costs $30.00 per year (per email address).
