Configuring Internet Explorer 5/6

Click Start, Settings, Control Panel.
Double click on Internet Options.
In the Address box type http://www.vintek.net as shown below

Select the Connections tab located at the top of the box.
If you are connecting using a Broadband ADSL connection, ensure that Never dial a connection is selected, then click OK as you are finished configuring your Internet Options.
If you are connecting using a Dial-up connection, ensure that Always dial my default connection is selected.

Click Settings
Ensure that Use a proxy server for this connection is not selected.
Enter your User name and Password unless they are already entered.
Click OK to close the settings box.
Click OK to close the Internet Options, as you are finished configuring your Internet Options.
