Paul Vinton - Director

Paul Vinton

Paul Vinton is a business technology specialist who has a passion to assist business and community leaders to achieve their goals.

Born in Western Australia, Paul met and married Leanne in Perth - and moved to Adelaide shortly afterwards to undertake further studies.

Paul is recognised as an industry expert and his experience in CEO, Board Member and Senior Leadership roles have equipped him with a wide range of experiences and resources.  Paul sits on a number of boards of organisations around Australia and has been heavily involved in technology throughout his career.

He offers services such as consulting, business coaching, mentoring and technology partnering.

Paul lives in Wayville, South Australia with his wife Leanne and sons Andrew and Wesley. He travels regularly around Australia, to Africa, Asia and the US.

In 2015 Paul won the EY Central Division Entrepreneur of the Year in the Technology Sector - a great achievement recognising entrepreneurial skills.

Glen Lance - State Manager - NSW/ACT

Glen Lance

Glen is the State Manager - NSW/ACT for Vintek Pty Ltd.

Prior to this role, Glen was the A/NZ Sales Manager for the Lenovo Managed Service Provider Program and Lenovo Networking Product portfolio, managing and supporting sales across Australia and New Zealand.

40 years in IT, 20 years of experience in Information Technology, mainframe, midrange, computerised wagering industry, 20 years in the infrastructure industry, data cabling, optical fibre networks, data centres,and networking

Paul Whittle - Service Delivery Manager

Paul Whittle

Paul Whittle has recently come on board at Vintek to undertake the role of Service Delivery Manager.

Having been solely responsible for IT within numerous businesses from small to large size in the UK over the last 29 years, Paul has a hands-on approach to successful IT leadership and is an effective influencer and communicator.

Focussed on delivering excellent Customer Service and driving business improvement by integrating IT solutions with process, people and systems with a strong history of reducing cost and increasing operating efficiencies.

Paul has a strong track history of entering businesses and making significant improvement on the level of I.T. Service offered to their clients within a reasonably short period of time.

In the UK Paul has held a number of senior management roles across Public Sector and Utility businesses in areas such as: Social Housing, Home Emergency, Defence, Highways, Rail, Gas, Water and Telecoms as well as Retail, Manufacturing and Facilities Management.

Paul has been involved in a number of fast growth businesses in the past 15 years, and a significant part of their growth was enabled by the level of Service Delivery and the IT systems put in place. In the last two years Paul has been working directly with some of the world’s largest retailers, collaboratively working to improve service levels and deliver innovation to improve business process and make them operationally more efficient.

Having spent his entire career indoors, in his spare time Paul enjoys anything outdoors especially hill walking, kayaking and cycling.

Daniel Agent - Business Development Manager

Daniel Agent

Daniel Agent has joined the Vintek team to help assist advising existing clients and managing Vintek’s projected growth.

Possessing a Degree in Computing & Business, Daniel has progressed into Technical Account Management roles obtaining a range of vendor qualifications to help provide appropriate technical recommendations based upon key business requirements.

Originally from the UK, Daniel moved to Adelaide about one year ago and is enjoying his time here in Australia. Daniel worked for an IT provider in central London which provided both Cloud and Support to a number of high profile UK based companies.

Daniel has worked as an Account Manager in technology with great success due to his people skills and strong business awareness, supported by a strong knowledge of Cloud, Server, Storage and Support. Daniel will be Vintek’s main point of contact for their growing presence in supporting local government clients based here in South Australia.

Customer service is core to all of Daniel’s activities in the work place and always has the client in mind. Daniel is looking forwarding to assisting Vintek’s existing clients and managing new clients in the future.

A keen sportsman, Daniel plays Rugby, Football and ran the London Marathon in 2015 completing it in 3 Hours and 32 Minutes. Daniel other interests include local community and charitable work, Daniel has recently been involved in enabling Oxfam’s Bookshop in Adelaide with the use and benefits of technology.

Andrew Vinton - Network Architect

Andrew Vinton

Andrew Vinton holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and Bachelor of Management from the University of South Australia.

Andrew holds a number of industry certifications including MCSE, VCP, Citrix CCA, VMWare, IBM Pure and other certifications.

He has been with Vintek for over 7 years and has extensive experience in the fields of server, security, wireless and network engineering.  Andrew has a thirst for knowledge and real commitment to our company and our clients.

His professional interests include creating cloud-ready solutions based on the principles of agility and scalability, as well as incorporating upcoming technologies and applications into existing environments.



Aaron Allitt - Systems Engineer

Aaron Allitt

Aaron is highly skilled in supporting, designing and deploying Information Technology solutions. He has a number of formal qualifications including an Advanced Diploma in network security from TAFE as well as Industry certifications with Microsoft Products including Windows Server 2012 and Hyper-V with System Centre Virtual Machine Manager.

He has been in the IT field for almost 10 years and has extensive experience with a wide range of products especially with Windows servers, Hyper-V/ESX Virtualisation platforms and Microsoft Unified Communication with Skype for Business (Lync) and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Aaron has a passion for cutting edge IT and is a great proponent of Cloud computing, enhanced security, monitoring and maintenance. He has worked extensively with many clients from SMB's to ISP's and holds a firm belief that all customers regardless of size are equal in their need for all these aspects of IT.
