Financial Hardship Policy

Vintek is committed to assisting customers who are temporarily experiencing genuine Financial Hardship due to unforeseen circumstances, to pay their accounts and continue to purchase services from us. Assistance is provided under our Financial Hardship Policy and is open to individual persons or small businesses.

Billing & Notifications

Invoices, Bulletins, and other notifications are sent to your email address or nominated billing address.

Please note that the first monthly service charge and establishment charge must be paid in full before Vintek can activate the service.

Posting of paper invoices is available, but discouraged for environmental reasons. If requested, this will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to credit card payments.
